Newcastle Art Gallery representing a boutique group of Australian artists and showcasing a high standard of solo and group exhibitions yearly. Blackstone is home to the annual Blackstone Works on Paper Art Prize. Runs visual art workshops for adults taught by industry professionals and works with a sister company ' The Art Room' who run after school art classes for primary aged students.
