Terms & Conditions of Sale
Participants: Brickworx Australia Pty Ltd/ Authorised Dealers, Australia & NZ, Counter, Phone, & Online sales.
Applies to point to point and cash sales to ALL distributors/dealers of Brickworx Australia Pty Ltd. Terms and conditions apply on invoice of goods.
Return of goods policy
• Products will be accepted for return with full refund ONLY IF the product is deemed faulty in material or in its design parameters . This will be at the discretion of senior quality control Brickworx Australia Pty Ltd Head office South Australia.
• All credits will be applied within 28 business days of product received and passed by quality control.
• Brickworx Australia will not refund any products ordered incorrectly or over ordered by customer. Brickworx AustraHa.-will only exchange goods (IF STOCKED) to the value of the incorrect or over order amounts.
• Brickworx Australia will not be held responsible for any freight damage of any kind unless insurance is added to freight costs on invoice. All re delivery fees (If Any) will be forwarded on to the consumer. All freight will have .a (Permission to leave) sticker unless stated otherwise by consumer. Brickworx Aus·-fralia ,t,olds no liability for theft of
goods in tran-s.-it or on delivery.
• Brickworx Australia will not be held responsible for under orders or product defect if installed incorrectly. Short falls in estimated orders due to mistakes on installation is the responsibility of the consumer.
• Brickworx Australia are not responsible for under or over estimation of products to consumers. All freight and handling fees are the responsibility of the consumer. Any over ordered goods may be returned under the discretion of Brickworx sales staff. All freight will be the responsibility of the consumer for return of goods. Bricworx Australia I may only credit over stock if in unopened cartons. 14 day refund policy applies. A 20% re stock fee is applicable in all cases.
SAMPLE PURCHASES
• Brickworx Australia offer sample panels for purchase at the RRP to all consumers, The sample purchases can be returned with a FULL money back refund within 7 days of invoice. All samples must be returned in new condition without defects.
Refund may be refused in both cases.
• Consumer is responsible for all freight costs all ways.
Brickworx polymer panels are batch produced and will vary slightly in colour from batch to batch. Brickworx Australia will do its best to provide the same batch to the consumer but can not guarantee later orders to match existing batching or from sample batches.
